2. PRODUCT ORDERS
Placing an item in your shopping basket does not reserve the product or its price. Prices and availability may change at any time prior to checkout.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

An order is not accepted until you receive confirmation that it is ready for collection.
3. CLICK & COLLECT – COLLECTION REQUIREMENT
All orders placed through the Site are Click & Collect only, unless stated otherwise.
Collection timeframe:

Orders must be collected within 30 days of the date you are notified that your order is ready.
Failure to collect:

Orders not collected within 30 days will be deemed abandoned

No refund will be issued for uncollected orders

We reserve the right to dispose of or re-stock the products after this period
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection within the stated timeframe.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS – GENERAL POSITION
Due to the nature of the products sold (including prescription-only medicines and supplements), we do not offer returns or refunds as a matter of goodwill or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only available where required by law.
5. PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS (STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE)
Prescription-only medicines:

Cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed or collected

This applies even if the product is unopened
This is in accordance with UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you have unwanted prescription products, they must be taken to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
6. SUPPLEMENTS & NON-PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons:

7. FAULTY ITEMS
