Free Local Pick-Up from Our Clinic
We offer a free local pick-up option from our Beauty Digger clinic, located in Mayfair. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or text message. Please ensure you bring a valid ID or your order confirmation when picking up your order.
Please note that some products may not be in stock at the clinic at the time of your order. In such cases, it may take a couple of additional days for your order to be available for pick-up. We will keep you informed of any delays and the expected collection date.
Standard Delivery – £9.95
We provide a standard delivery service within the UK for a flat fee of £9.95. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Free Delivery for Orders Over £200
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £200. The same dispatch and tracking process applies.
Delivery Timeframes:
Local Pick-Up: Ready within 1-5 business days, depending on product availability.
Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

If your order contains multiple items, there is a chance that your items may arrive in separate deliveries if they are sourced from different suppliers.
Beauty Digger is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may apply to international shipments. At the moment, we only offer delivery within the UK.
Damaged or Lost Parcels:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Your Delivery Address:
