Delivery Policy

DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY

This Delivery & Collection Policy applies to all orders placed through shop.beautydigger.co.uk and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

A. Free Click & Collect (Clinic Collection)

We offer free Click & Collect from Beauty Digger Clinic, Mayfair.

  • You will be notified by email or text message once your order is ready for collection

  • Valid photo ID and/or order confirmation may be required at collection

Some products may not be immediately available at the clinic. Where this occurs, additional processing time may be required. We will notify you of any delays.


B. UK Standard Delivery – £9.95

We offer UK standard delivery for a flat fee of £9.95.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability and verification

  • A tracking number will be provided once dispatched


C. Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £300

  • Free standard UK delivery applies to orders over £300

  • Dispatch times and tracking remain the same as standard delivery


2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (ESTIMATES)

  • Click & Collect: Ready within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch

All timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.


3. COLLECTION TIME LIMIT (IMPORTANT)

Where Click & Collect is selected:

  • Orders must be collected within 30 days of notification that the order is ready

Failure to collect:

  • Orders not collected within 30 days will be deemed abandoned

  • No refund will be issued for uncollected orders

  • We reserve the right to dispose of or re-stock the items after this period

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely collection.


4. FAILED, REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE DELIVERIES

If a delivery is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect from the courier

The order will be treated as uncollected, and:

  • No refund will be issued, including delivery charges


5. MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched or supplied separately if sourced from different locations or suppliers. This does not affect delivery charges.


6. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order is delivered damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

We may require photographic evidence and will liaise with the courier before offering a replacement or refund, where appropriate.


7. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you need to amend your delivery address:

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


8. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

  • Delivery is currently available within the UK only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
